What the role involves
- Support safe execution of offshore hookup activities and related shipyard/offshore operations.
- Ensure day-to-day adherence to HSE procedures, permit-to-work controls, and site safety practices.
- Identify hazards, assess risks, and help implement suitable preventive and corrective measures.
- Participate in incident review and investigation, and assist in follow-up actions.
- Deliver or support safety briefings, awareness sessions, and training activities.
- Monitor occupational health and safety standards and contribute to regular safety audits and compliance checks.
Eligibility and requirements
This opportunity is open only to candidates from India.
- BE / B.Tech or Diploma qualification.
- Specialization in Industrial Safety or Environmental studies.
- NEBOSH IGC certification (IGC 1 and IGC 2) is compulsory.
- Preferably at least 1 year of offshore Oil & Gas experience, or 5 to 7 years of recent Saudi Aramco onshore project experience in Oil & Gas.
- Strong working knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, permit-to-work systems, incident investigation, and safety compliance.
- Good written and verbal communication along with reporting skills.
- Applicants with valid Saudi Aramco approvals/certifications for onshore work will be preferred.
