Key Duties

• Carry out laundry duties including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
• Coordinate respectfully with coworkers, supervisors, and others while delivering courteous service.
• Follow established cleaning methods, housekeeping expectations, and workplace safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in housekeeping or keeping guest rooms and similar spaces clean and orderly.
• Ability to manage laundry tasks and organize linens, towels, and related items.
• Good customer service and communication skills for working with colleagues and responding professionally when required.
• Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and adherence to cleaning and safety instructions.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods, lift moderate loads, and use cleaning equipment safely.
• Prior work in housekeeping, room attendant, or janitorial positions is considered an advantage.
• Dependable and punctual, with the flexibility to work full-time on-site in Welland, Ontario, including weekends or rotating shifts if necessary.
