Risk Manager (SATSO)

About the Role

Crewit Resourcing is seeking an experienced Risk Manager (SATSO) to join a major healthcare infrastructure programme in Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated professional with strong project risk management experience within complex construction or healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage risk management processes across the programme lifecycle
• Develop and maintain project risk registers and reporting frameworks
• Identify, assess, and monitor project risks and mitigation strategies
• Facilitate risk workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
• Support programme governance and compliance requirements
• Prepare detailed risk reports for senior management and project teams
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective risk controls
• Monitor emerging risks and recommend proactive solutions
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Degree qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Risk Management, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in risk management on large-scale construction, infrastructure, or healthcare projects
• Strong understanding of project controls and governance processes
• Experience managing programme or project risk registers
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and risk management tools/software
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment

Desirable Experience

• Experience working on healthcare or public sector projects
• Professional certifications in Risk Management or Project Management
• Knowledge of construction and infrastructure delivery frameworks
