Risk Intelligence Analyst

Role overview

This contract opportunity is for a Risk Intelligence Analyst who will work remotely from Canada. The role centers on building evaluation frameworks that help assess AI outputs in the context of risk intelligence, crisis response, and operational continuity.

What you will do

• Develop clear, structured reasoning rubrics used to judge AI-generated responses tied to risk intelligence and crisis scenarios.
• Review data sets and scenario-based inputs to spot possible threats and understand their likely effect on global operations.
• Build advanced tasks and benchmark exercises for AI training, following established approaches to risk assessment and incident handling.
• Work with internal stakeholders so that the rubrics fit business workflows across HR, security, and communications.
• Deliver strong written and spoken feedback that improves both model performance and the clarity of the evaluation rubrics.
• Study crisis-management situations and contribute to multi-step response planning that supports continuity of operations.

Requirements

• Background in risk intelligence, crisis management, incident response, or enterprise business continuity planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a strong talent for explaining complex reasoning in a simple way.
• Ability to make sound decisions in uncertain situations and outline effective multi-stage responses.
• Good understanding of how HR, security, and communications teams operate within an organization.
• Experience creating, documenting, and assessing structured rubrics or evaluation frameworks.
• Strong analytical thinking, close attention to detail, and comfort interpreting insight from data.
