Role Overview

As a Retail Team Member, you will help build a high-performing store environment and contribute to an excellent customer experience across the store.

Key Duties

• Support different parts of the store, including customer-facing areas and back-of-house operations.
• Deliver strong service throughout the full sales journey, from before purchase to after the sale.
• Help present products and maintain the look and feel of the sales floor through merchandising support.
• Assist with stock movement into the store and follow the established receiving and processing procedures.
