Role overview

This opportunity is for a Retail Sales Assistant in Hobart, Tasmania. You will be part of the store team and help create the full Ghanda experience for customers while supporting day-to-day retail operations.

What the role involves

• Providing every shopper with a positive in-store experience that reflects the Ghanda brand
• Handling sales transactions and balancing the till at the end of shifts
• Keeping the store looking sharp and aligned with visual merchandising standards
• Receiving stock deliveries and supporting inventory management

• A positive, proactive mindset and a willingness to pick things up quickly
• Confidence working independently as well as cooperatively within a team

• Availability that can adapt to roster needs, including all school holidays

• Retail or hospitality experience is preferred, though a strong attitude matters more than prior experience
