Resource Management Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and initiative-driven Resource Management Specialist to join a fast-moving team in Singapore. This position focuses on making sure people, time, and other resources are assigned effectively so projects run efficiently and operational output stays strong.

What You Will Do

• Assess project requirements and match resources to the right tasks and schedules.
• Track how resources are being used and review performance measures.
• Work closely with teams across functions to improve coordination and streamline processes.
• Study data to estimate future resource needs.
• Draft reports that evaluate how effective resource allocation has been.
• Suggest practical changes that improve resource management practices.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 4 years of experience in resource management or a comparable role.
• Strong analytical ability with a sharp eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong people skills.
• Comfort using project management platforms and related tools.
• Ability to work effectively on your own and also within a team setting.

Work Mode

This role is based in Singapore and follows a flexible office-and-remote setup.
