Role overview

Customer support and administrative duties
- Respond to customer questions and requests through email and online messaging tools.
- Keep customer information, databases, and tracking sheets current and accurate.
- Manage follow-ups, requests, and scheduling-related tasks.
- Maintain digital documents and ensure records are properly organized and saved.
- Track pending tasks and help make sure they are completed on time.
- Enter data carefully and with a high degree of accuracy.
- Draft simple reports, summaries, and progress updates.
- Support general administrative and operational work as needed.
