Role Overview
The Relationship Manager position is focused on driving monthly sales performance, keeping the funnel active, and delivering a seamless customer journey from the first presentation through documentation and ongoing after-sales relationship handling.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will work toward monthly sales goals, manage an active pipeline of prospects, guide customers through the sales and documentation process, and maintain relationships after the sale to support customer satisfaction and retention.
Candidate Profile
The employer is looking for someone with at least 6 months of experience in direct sales, B2C sales, and lead generation.
