Role overview
The Relationship Manager for Affordable Home Loans is responsible for strengthening customer relationships, delivering a high-quality service experience, and supporting the growth of the mortgage business. The position combines client retention, new business generation, and portfolio management within the Affordable Mortgage Loans function.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop sales opportunities for both individual targets and team-led initiatives by actively pursuing qualified leads.
- Bring in new customers with a strong focus on growing a profitable home loan portfolio.
- Track the health of the loan portfolio and help maintain quality through careful monitoring and risk awareness.
- Promote the use of digital tools and platforms to improve efficiency and customer interaction.
- Set an example for the team by coaching, guiding, and supporting colleagues to help them meet business and career goals.
Secondary responsibilities
- Deliver consistent customer service while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
- Work closely with teams across other business areas to spot and act on cross-sell opportunities.
Qualifications and experience
A graduate degree is required. The role expects 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
