Role Overview
We are hiring a Registered Nurse to support patient care in a clinical setting in Dubai. The role centers on delivering high-quality nursing support, maintaining detailed patient documentation, administering medicines, monitoring patient responses, and keeping the care team informed about any changes in condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep patient records and care reports accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Give prescribed medications and observe patients for reactions or side effects.
- Provide assistive medical devices and related treatment support where required.
- Measure and document vital signs and other relevant patient information.
- Arrange diagnostic and clinical tests as needed.
- Track, record, and communicate symptoms or any changes in a patient’s condition.
- Administer non-intravenous medications when appropriate.
- Work with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and review nursing care plans.
- Adjust treatment plans based on patient condition and response to care.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in nursing or a master’s degree in nursing.
- Successful completion of the NCLEX-RN examination.
- Current registered nurse licensure from the relevant state authority.
- Valid BLS certification, including BLS/CPR training.
- ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, families, physicians, and hospital personnel.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Professional, approachable, and patient-focused manner.
- Prior exposure to home healthcare is preferred.
- Background in emergency room or intensive care settings is preferred.
