What You’ll Do
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
- Carry out treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Record and track client progress through accurate data collection.
- Work closely with families and other team members to support client goals.
- Keep the therapy setting safe, structured, and positive.
Pay and Schedule
- Hourly rate: $24 to $30
- Schedule is flexible and depends on your availability

Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician certification is required or must be in progress.
- High school diploma or equivalent is needed; some college is preferred.
- Experience in ABA therapy or with children is helpful but not mandatory.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally are necessary.
