Role Overview

We are looking for a driven business development professional based in Singapore who thrives on creating new opportunities. This role is suited to a true hunter who brings an established network, a strong record in outbound business development, and the ability to open, pursue, and convert business across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective clients in Singapore and the wider Asia-Pacific region for cross-border corporate services.
  • Plan and execute outbound sales activity to produce qualified leads and convert them into new business.
  • Develop and nurture a healthy sales pipeline through networking, referrals, events, and direct outreach.
  • Work on multi-jurisdiction opportunities in partnership with local offices and subject matter specialists.
  • Partner with internal teams to design solutions that fit client requirements.
  • Contribute to the Group’s target of generating USD multi-million ACV from multi-jurisdictional deals.
  • Expand and maintain a strong referral ecosystem with law firms, banks, accounting firms, chambers of commerce, and similar intermediaries.
  • Represent the company at events, seminars, and trade missions to increase visibility across Singapore and the region.
  • Monitor personal performance against sales goals, focusing on new client acquisition and deal generation.
  • Create and activate new strategic referral partnerships that generate a consistent flow of inbound opportunities.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably within corporate services, professional services, or consulting. A strong hunter mindset and a proven ability to win new business are important. The role also calls for excellent networking, prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with a self-driven, entrepreneurial, persistent, and highly results-oriented approach.

Tools and Knowledge
