About the Role

Middesk is hiring a resourceful and adaptable full-cycle Recruiter to help build the teams that will support its next stage of growth. This role is focused on turning hiring needs into strong candidate pipelines and successful hires across a range of functions.

You will act as a broad-based recruiting partner who can move comfortably between technical and go-to-market hiring. Working closely with hiring managers and their teams, you will advise on hiring strategy, shape role expectations, and help bring in talent that strengthens the organization.

This position is based in San Francisco and follows a hybrid setup, with at least 2 days each week in the SF office.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for multiple open roles at the same time across technical and go-to-market functions.
  • Work with hiring managers to define role expectations, create structured interview plans, and refine how Middesk is positioned in a competitive talent market.
  • Deliver a candidate journey that is consistent, fair, and engaging while reflecting the company’s values and employer brand.
  • Contribute to the improvement of recruiting workflows, tools, and systems as the organization continues to grow.
