Overview
Modern Vet is looking for an Arabic-speaking receptionist/customer service professional to support front-desk operations at its Dubai clinic. The role focuses on welcoming pet owners, managing appointments, responding to inquiries, and coordinating smoothly with the veterinary team to keep day-to-day clinic activity organized.
Requirements
- Ability to speak Arabic and English fluently.
- Previous exposure to a veterinary clinic environment will be considered an advantage.
- A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service abilities.
- Capability to manage appointments, client questions, and reception-area tasks efficiently.
- Basic familiarity with how a veterinary clinic operates is helpful.
- Neat, composed, and patient, especially in a busy setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome pet owners in a warm, professional, and caring way.
- Organize appointment bookings and follow-up coordination.
- Answer calls, respond to messages, and handle clinic enquiries.
- Liaise with veterinarians and other support staff to ensure smooth workflow.
- Keep client and pet information updated and accurate.
