Description de l'emploi
About the role
This opportunity is for experienced quantitative professionals who want to help improve AI systems. In this position, you will work with advanced AI models to assess generated quantitative analyses, solve technical challenges, and share feedback that influences how these systems handle data, modeling, and scientific reasoning. The work is suitable for people from fields such as data science, astrophysics, economics, biostatistics, operations research, and other similar quantitative disciplines. Some contributors do this alongside another full-time job, while others make it their main focus.
How the process works
After creating an account, you will complete a short assessment that functions as the interview stage. If successful, you will receive an email confirming your approval, and paid tasks will then be made available through the platform.
Contract benefits
- You can decide which projects to accept and when to work on them.
- You set your own schedule and work from your own computer at home.
- Hourly pay begins at USD 50 to USD 100+ per hour, and some projects offer additional bonus rates.
Key responsibilities
- Check AI-produced quantitative work for accuracy and whether it makes sense in real-world settings, including statistical analysis, predictive modeling, scientific reasoning, and data-based insights.
- Create and solve quantitative problems used to train and benchmark AI systems across forecasting, experimental analysis, optimization, and statistical inference.
- Produce clear technical write-ups and well-structured analytical code.
- Share feedback that helps improve future AI models for quantitative reasoning.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of practical experience in a quantitative role or research setting, such as data science, statistics, economics, finance, physics, biology, epidemiology, operations research, or a related area.
- Basic coding ability and comfort with writing and reviewing analytical code from start to finish.
- Hands-on experience with statistical methods, predictive modeling, and experimental design, including A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression, classification, and time-series forecasting.
- Strong English fluency at native or bilingual level, along with excellent writing skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative subject is preferred, such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering; a master’s degree or PhD is an advantage.
- Additional credentials are beneficial, including a strong Kaggle ranking, AWS or GCP machine learning certifications, or similar evidence of expertise.
