About the Internship
This New York-based hedge fund is looking for an undergraduate quantitative research intern to support its research team. The role is intended for students who want to apply mathematics, statistics, coding, and data analysis to real financial markets.

Responsibilities
- Study financial and market datasets using statistical techniques.

Qualifications

- Working knowledge of Python programming.
- Basic familiarity with probability, statistics, linear algebra, or optimization.

- Good analytical thinking and close attention to detail.
- Ability to explain technical ideas clearly.
- Experience with pandas, NumPy, matplotlib, scikit-learn, or similar libraries is preferred.
- Coursework or projects in data analysis, machine learning, econometrics, or time series analysis will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL or database systems is useful.
