About the company

Role overview
The Quality Manager will oversee end-to-end quality functions across internal operations and customer-facing quality issues. The role involves driving quality systems, supporting audits, monitoring performance, and building continuous improvement across manufacturing and new product development activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all quality-related activities across internal processes and production flow.
- Address and resolve customer complaints with a structured quality approach.
- Conduct quality analysis and identify root causes for defects or process gaps.
- Support and participate in audits for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.
- Track and review PPM performance and quality metrics.
- Use quality control tools to monitor, inspect, and improve product and process quality.
- Analyze rejection and rework trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Bring strong understanding of NPD-related quality requirements and controls.
- Drive ongoing process improvement initiatives and support team implementation.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate should have experience in quality systems, ISO standards, and QC tools. The role requires confidence in implementing processes, handling customer issues, and improving quality performance. A background in electrical engineering is preferred, along with strong communication skills, team leadership ability, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
