  • Verify compliance with applicable standards such as ASME, API, and ISO, as well as project-specific requirements.
  • Track PWHT, hydrostatic and pneumatic testing, flushing and blowing where applicable, and preparation of test packs.
  • Handle nonconformance reports, corrective and preventive actions, root-cause analysis, and resolution with client or consultant teams.
  • Prepare and maintain QA/QC records including daily logs, inspection reports, NDT records, test packs, and handover dossiers.
  • Work closely with construction, planning, and subcontractor teams to support quality targets and project progress.
  • Support audits, client inspections, and final handover activities to ensure readiness for acceptance.

Required background

  • Hands-on experience with piping and fabrication QA/QC, along with NDT coordination in industrial environments.
  • Working knowledge of welding inspections, joint fit-up checks, welder qualification, traceability, and related records.
  • Understanding of hydrotesting and test-pack preparation, including closure activities.
  • Familiarity with inspection tools and gauges such as vernier calipers, micrometers, weld gauges, and DFT gauges.
  • Ability to manage QA/QC paperwork and coordinate effectively with client and third-party representatives.

Preferred profile

  • CSWIP 3.1 or 3.2 certification and NDT Level II in any method will be an added advantage.
  • Prior exposure to refinery, petrochemical, steel, or other industrial project environments is preferred.
