Role Overview
The Public Relations Officer will be responsible for building outreach and partnership opportunities with schools, colleges, and educational consultants. The role focuses on on-ground engagement, event coordination, leaflet distribution, and lead capture to support promotional initiatives in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools and colleges on a regular basis to spot possible events and collaboration opportunities.
- Develop and sustain productive relationships with important contacts in educational institutions.
- Run leaflet distribution activities outside schools and colleges.
- Collect leads during outreach and maintain accurate records for follow-up actions.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events at educational institutions.
- Make sure all events are carried out smoothly and in line with the company’s objectives.
- Engage with educational consultants to explore partnership opportunities.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to work independently while handling several tasks at once.
- Readiness to travel frequently to educational institutions.
- Good organizational skills and a practical approach to solving problems.
- A degree is compulsory for this role.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, on-site position. The fixed compensation is INR 15,000 per month. Work locations mentioned include Thrissur and Kottayam.
