About the Role

DSO National Laboratories is Singapore’s largest defence research and development organisation, focused on creating advanced technologies that strengthen national security. This is a contract position based onsite in Singapore.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with different stakeholders to define project needs, assist with contract administration, and coordinate the resources needed to deliver projects successfully.
  • Provide support for project management activities related to experiments and R&D initiatives, including contracting, evaluation work, and review meetings.
  • Oversee and coordinate test facilities.
  • Compile planning inputs for R&D, such as operations-technology discussion outcomes, technology watch findings, and updates on local and overseas research collaborations.

Requirements

  • You should bring at least 8 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years in project management, preferably within Research & Technology in the defence sector.
  • You need to be highly driven, adaptable, and able to approach problems with strong analytical thinking.
  • Good judgement and the ability to break down complex issues are important for this role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
