Project Manager

About the Role

BildGroup is expanding its Urban division in South Australia and is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support its growth in the local land development market. Based in Wingfield, South Australia, this role reports to the Senior Construction Manager and focuses on delivering urban development projects while building the company’s standing, client base, and delivery capability in the region.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of urban development and land subdivision project delivery.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, resources, and overall profitability.
• Develop and sustain productive relationships with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Spot and pursue upcoming project opportunities in South Australia.
• Help form and guide strong, high-performing delivery teams.
• Support the growth of Engineers and early-career Project Managers through coaching and mentoring.
• Promote and maintain a safety-led culture across all project work.
• Ensure outcomes meet timelines, budget targets, and quality expectations.

What You Need to Bring

• A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
• Hands-on experience delivering land development and civil construction projects.
• Strong capability in commercial and financial management.
• Proven leadership experience with project teams and subcontractors.
• Well-developed client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• The ability to recognise opportunities and support business expansion.
• Solid understanding of safety, quality, and environmental obligations.
