Role overview
MMG is looking to add a Project Manager to its multi-family construction and development team. The role will support the Vice President of Construction and help coordinate delivery across project stakeholders and internal teams.
What you will do
- Work alongside the Construction Executive in dealings with subcontractors.
- Assist the Construction Executive with preparing client proposals.
- Support contract administration and ongoing contract oversight.
- Coordinate with preconstruction, estimating, and scheduling teams to develop project estimates and timelines.
- Guide the project team to keep work safe and on schedule.
- Handle on-site project management responsibilities for smaller-scoped assignments.
What the role calls for
- A bachelor's degree in a construction-related discipline is preferred.
- Prior experience in multi-family construction is required.
- Experience with podium and wrap construction is preferred.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Word is needed.
- Strong ability to organize tasks, set priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.

This is a full-time remote-schedule opportunity based around Greater Boston. The role is within a multi-family construction/development environment and reports to the Vice President of Construction.
