Project Management Specialist

Overview

This contract role is for a Project Management Specialist who will work remotely from Canada. The position calls for a weekly commitment of 10 to 40 hours and offers compensation of $63 to $119 per hour.

What you'll do

• Partner with AI development teams to share practical input on planning, allocating resources, and handling project risks.
• Create and assess AI training content so it reflects effective practices used across different industries.
• Convert detailed project management situations into clear, data-based examples that help improve AI models.
• Support technical teams and act as a client-facing point of contact to keep project objectives and outputs aligned.
• Explain the details of strong leadership, task prioritization, and stakeholder communication for learning modules.
• Regularly review and improve AI-generated outputs so they remain useful, accurate, and relevant in practice.

Requirements

• Background in managing projects end to end across multiple industries and project sizes.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate cross-functional groups effectively.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities, including experience handling resources and budgets.
• Solid knowledge of risk evaluation, risk reduction, and flexible planning in changing project environments.
