Overview

The hiring team is supporting a major Tax & Regulatory Reporting initiative for a custody business. The programme is aimed at fixing delivery obligations due by mid next year, while also building toward longer-term targets running through 2030.

The work centres on the analysis, validation, and reporting of custody transaction and client data for regulatory use. It serves complex institutional and wealth management clients and requires a delivery team based mainly in Limerick.

The environment is high-pressure, fast-moving, and heavily dependent on stakeholder coordination and data accuracy. Strong exposure to tax reporting, regulatory reporting, custody operations, and complex transaction analysis is important for success.

Key Responsibilities

Planning and delivery control

• Create, update, and continuously improve detailed project plans.
• Keep plans current, accurate, and actively used by the wider team.
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, and critical path items closely.
• Hold the team accountable for delivery against agreed timelines.

Risk and issue oversight

• Spot, record, and manage risks and issues early.
• Follow up with owners to keep risks moving toward resolution.
• Escalate concerns with clear background and practical recommendations.
• Maintain organised RAID logs and status reporting.

Stakeholder and execution support

• Work side by side with delivery teams to keep execution moving.
• Chase actions and remove blockers where progress is slowing.
• Support clear communication across delivery, leadership, and stakeholders.

Tools and reporting

• Take ownership of delivery tools and reporting through Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Use Microsoft Project to manage schedules and delivery tracking.
• Work confidently with advanced Excel for analysis and reporting.
• Build dashboards, reports, and tracking materials.
• Protect data quality and ensure reporting outputs are meaningful and usable.

This role is based in Limerick and is intended for a specialist delivery team supporting the programme locally. The work requires someone comfortable operating in a data-led, stakeholder-intensive setting with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
