Project Coordinator - Data, AI & Analytics (UAE-Based, Preferably Arabic Speaker)

About the Role

This position is for a Project Coordinator based in the UAE to support delivery of data, AI, and analytics engagements, with a particular focus on ki60 implementations. You will work closely with the Project Manager to connect client needs with technical execution, keep workstreams organized, and help ensure projects are delivered with measurable business value.

The role is designed for someone who is highly structured, proactive, and capable of working independently with limited supervision. Over time, the position is intended to develop into a Project Manager track within 1-2 years.

What You Will Do

• Support the Project Manager across the full lifecycle of data, analytics, and AI projects.
• Keep project records complete, organized, and accurate from start to finish.
• Help drive delivery so that scope, timelines, budget, and quality targets are all met.
• Use established project delivery methods and frameworks such as Agile, PMBOK, and Scrum.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost through formal review, impact analysis, and approval processes.
• Act as a client success partner during delivery by collecting feedback, tracking value realization, and identifying opportunities for further collaboration.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships that support long-term client confidence and partnership.
• Coordinate with internal and external technical teams and monitor tasks and deliverables closely.
• Share progress updates, issues, and risks clearly with both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Encourage teamwork, alignment, and trust so the group stays focused on project goals.
• Handle procurement-related coordination, including vendor contracts, invoice milestones, and follow-up on client payment collection and processing.
• Support a smooth transition toward future project management responsibilities through strong ownership and disciplined execution.

Requirements

• Strong written communication skills for documentation, reports, and formal business correspondence.
• Sound ethical judgment, reliability, and a clear commitment to confidentiality and data protection.
• Practical working knowledge of Agile delivery methods.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another relevant technical discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience coordinating or delivering data, AI, or software consulting projects.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex work with minimal supervision.
• Exposure to value-focused delivery or customer success practices.
• Strong organization skills and close attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Profile

• Experience working with government or enterprise clients in the Gulf region.
• Background in engaging senior leaders or C-level stakeholders.
• Experience running post-project reviews and capturing lessons learned.
• Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar platforms.
