Production Executive (Events)

Role overview

This position is for a hands-on production professional who will ensure events are executed smoothly from a technical and operational standpoint. The role focuses on turning plans into live delivery and making sure all production components match the required standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee event production components such as audio-visual systems, staging, lighting, and fabrication.
• Work closely with suppliers and production partners to coordinate deliverables.
• Handle event build-up, rehearsals, and teardown activities.
• Lead and support on-site crew members and technical teams during events.
• Check that the finished setup aligns with design intent and quality expectations.
• Maintain oversight of inventory and production-related materials.
• Assist with budgeting and cost management for production supplies and services.
• Identify and resolve technical problems that arise during event execution.

Requirements

• Between 3 and 5 years of experience in event production or technical production functions.
• Solid understanding of AV systems, staging, and event infrastructure.
• Capability in vendor coordination, relationship handling, and negotiation.
• Comfortable working extended hours during active event schedules.
• Strong attention to detail along with practical troubleshooting ability.
