Role overview
An opportunity is available for a Product Setup Technician to join the team in Highbrook, Auckland.
What you will do
- Keep the warehouse and configuration centre clean, orderly, and well maintained.
- Carry out refurbishment work on machines for resale by following established procedures.
- Set up new machines in line with standard configuration guidelines.
- Maintain accurate data and records in DHL systems.
- Complete regular cycle counts and stock checks.
What will help you succeed
- Prior experience in a busy 3PL warehouse setting, or a genuine willingness to learn.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a strong focus on customer service.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- A flexible, proactive mindset with a positive can-do attitude.
- Good analytical ability and sound problem-solving skills.
