About the role
Join Boeing Saudi Arabia as a Product Repair & Modification Technician - Structures, supporting the on-site F-15 modification program in Dhahran. In this role, you will contribute to upgrades on the RSAF F-15SA fleet by using engineering drawings and Technical Orders to carry out structural work alongside a four-team operation. The position offers the chance to work on one of the world’s most heavily tasked fighter aircraft programs while developing your skills in a collaborative, inclusive environment.
What you will do
You will carry out structural modifications, assist with maintenance tasks, support fault diagnosis, and participate in functional testing of disturbed systems. The role also involves safe aircraft handling, careful work recording, and adherence to process, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
- Assemble, dismantle, and structurally alter aerospace systems by removing, replacing, changing, or upgrading components as required.
- Lead or complete assembly, disassembly, and overhaul activities.
- Set up aerospace vehicles and test equipment for maintenance and modification work.
- Diagnose complex aircraft issues, isolate structural faults, and repair defective parts using approved maintenance documentation.
- Carry out verification and validation tests on systems and components.
- Record procedures and follow established processes to maintain contractual and regulatory compliance.
- Inspect parts and confirm that repairs meet flight-worthiness standards.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate brings hands-on structural or mechanical experience from a production or MRO environment, along with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation. Experience supporting military aircraft modifications is also required. Strong communication, good organization, careful attention to detail, and the ability to work with limited supervision are preferred.
- At least 3 years of prior mechanical or structural experience in a production or MRO facility.
- Proven ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical data.
- At least 1 year of experience supporting military aircraft modifications.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Good organizational ability and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with limited supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Eligibility and work conditions
This is a locally hired international position in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. Applicants must already live in the immediate area or be willing to relocate at their own expense, as relocation assistance is not available. The employer will not provide visa sponsorship. Employment is subject to meeting Saudi Arabia labor and immigration requirements.
This role is not an export control position. It is also not a shift-worker role under Saudi Arabia scheduling standards.
