Role overview

What you'll do

  • Assist bankers and senior colleagues with the daily servicing of client relationships and accounts.
  • Handle support work related to account openings, client onboarding, KYC documentation, and periodic reviews.
  • Work with internal teams such as Compliance, Operations, Credit, and Legal to help complete client requests on time and in line with regulatory obligations.
  • Prepare and organise documents for client meetings, investment proposals, portfolio reviews, and related discussions.

  • Keep client records accurate and ensure documentation aligns with internal policies and procedures.
