Principal Member of Technical Staff (Fullstack)

About the Role

This is a senior full-stack engineering position based in Bengaluru, India with Oracle. The role is suited to an individual contributor at the IC4 level who can combine deep hands-on engineering with strong technical leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build robust backend services using Java.
• Develop and maintain frontend applications with ReactJS.
• Guide a team of 4–5 junior engineers with technical direction and mentorship.
• Review architecture, implementation choices, and design decisions to raise engineering quality.
• Represent the team in leadership discussions by clearly communicating progress, risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Contribute to organization-wide security and compliance efforts, including vulnerability fixes, dependency upgrades, platform upgrades, and governance-related work.
• Help drive team objectives tied to security readiness, compliance, vulnerability management, and upgrade preparedness.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in architecture and design for Java-based backend systems.
• Hands-on expertise with ReactJS frontend development.
• Ability to lead technically while staying deeply involved in implementation.
• Clear communication skills for working with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in security, compliance, and modernization initiatives is valuable.
• Exposure to Codex or similar AI-assisted development tools and agentic workflows is an added advantage.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Tech or B.E. in any specialization.
