Pre Sales & Estimation Executive

Role Overview

This position focuses on pre-sales support for industrial manufacturing and fire protection projects. The role involves preparing estimates, reviewing tenders, building cost proposals, and helping with technical documents so that client offers are submitted on time.

Key Work Areas

• Assist the sales team with estimation, pricing, and proposal preparation.
• Study tender documents and support the review process for project bids.
• Prepare costing details and ensure offer submissions are completed within deadlines.
• Draft and organize technical documentation needed for client presentations and proposals.
• Maintain CRM entries accurately and keep sales records updated.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs for quotations and client responses.
• Handle customer queries related to industrial manufacturing projects and pre-sales support.

Candidate Profile

The preferred candidate is an engineering graduate with prior exposure to pre-sales, estimation, and proposal support, especially in manufacturing-related environments. Strong capability in costing, customer coordination, and CRM usage is important for this role.

Work Schedule

This is a 5-day working role based in Bhiwandi, Mumbai.
