Role overview
Brian Perry Civil is seeking an experienced Piling Supervisor to step into a practical leadership position on site. The role suits someone who can keep piling operations running safely, efficiently, and according to plan while supporting crews and working alongside project leadership to achieve strong quality outcomes.
You will be expected to lead from the front across a variety of civil and ground engineering projects, balancing safety, programme delivery, and productivity.
What you will do
- Oversee piling crews on site and coordinate people, plant, and day-to-day activities
- Plan work in advance, identify programme risks, and help keep delivery on schedule
- Maintain safe working practices and ensure the right controls are in place
- Interpret drawings and provide clear direction so tasks are completed correctly the first time
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet project needs
- Track productivity, quality, and cost, while keeping accurate site records
What you will bring
- Substantial experience in piling, foundations, or ground engineering work
- A proven track record of leading crews and keeping teams engaged on site
- Good working knowledge of construction drawings, methods, and work sequencing
- Practical understanding of health and safety obligations in civil construction
- Confidence handling subcontractors, plant, and site logistics
- A trade background or relevant experience in civil construction
