Role Summary
As a People Operations Coordinator, you will provide hands-on HR operations support for assigned business units. This role supports the HR team across onboarding, employee engagement, employee development, and the communication of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and run the full employee onboarding process, including first-day scheduling, new hire orientation, paperwork collection and processing, background checks, and I-9/right-to-work verification.
- Administer and maintain data accuracy in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and human resources information system (Workday).
- Partner with the People Operations team to help promote the company’s culture internally and externally.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees by handling employment verification requests, responding to general questions, and clearly communicating HR programs and company initiatives.
- Support recruiters, hiring managers, HR business partners, and internal and external stakeholders with responsive, high-quality assistance.
- Stay accessible to employees, anticipate when support may be needed, and proactively follow up.
- Keep working knowledge of processes, programs, and policies current so employees can be supported effectively.
- Look for ways to improve processes and use technology more effectively so the HR function can scale.
What You Bring
- A bachelor’s degree or comparable college-level education.
- At least 6 months of experience in HR administration or a coordinator-level role.
- Experience working with HRIS tools; Workday experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical ability with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Solid Excel proficiency.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary for this position is USD 60,000 to USD 85,000. Pay at hire is generally positioned toward the lower or middle part of the range, with future increases tied to performance and impact.
In addition to base pay, eligible employees typically receive medical, dental, and vision coverage; life insurance; short-term and long-term disability insurance; a 401(k) retirement plan; and vacation plus sick leave. The role may also qualify for variable compensation based on goals and performance.
