Role overview

MIRUS Deutschland GmbH is looking for a Payroll Trainer who can design and deliver payroll-related training sessions and support employee development in the area of compensation processing. The position is based in Baden-Baden, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, and is a full-time onsite role.

What the role involves

• Creating tailored payroll training sessions and running them independently
• Identifying the learning needs of current employees
• Developing training materials on your own, such as scripts and learning videos
• Working closely with the HR team to support the implementation of people-development measures
• Serving as a point of contact for employees with specialist questions

What you should bring

• Strong expertise in payroll accounting and social insurance law
• Initial experience in adult education or training
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Enjoyment in working as part of a team
• A pronounced service-oriented mindset
• Fluent German language skills
• A valid work permit for Germany is required for this position
