Role overview

MOURI Tech is hiring an experienced EMEA Payroll Specialist for its Hyderabad office. This is a work-from-office role with a 5-day work week. The position calls for a professional with 4+ years of payroll experience who can independently run payroll operations, coordinate with external vendors and internal teams, and maintain accuracy while meeting compliance obligations.

What you will do

  • Run payroll end to end for EMEA locations, with primary focus on Spain, Belgium, and the UK.
  • Review and validate payroll inputs such as new joiners, exits, pay changes, variable compensation, overtime, allowances, benefits, deductions, leave, and attendance data.
  • Work closely with payroll vendors and relevant internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll execution.
  • Maintain compliance with country-specific employment laws and statutory payroll rules.
  • Carry out payroll reconciliations, investigate variances, and prepare relevant reports.
  • Address employee payroll questions within the agreed SLA timelines.
  • Contribute to audits, payroll transition activities, and continuous process improvements.
  • Secure timely approvals and final sign-off for payroll runs.

Skills and experience

The role requires solid, hands-on EMEA payroll experience along with a strong understanding of statutory compliance for Spain, Belgium, and the UK.
