Role Overview
This role focuses on managing payroll operations for GCC countries with a strong emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. The position is based in Dubai, UAE, reports to the Senior Manager, Payroll, RSSC, MENA, and has no direct reports.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process payroll for GCC countries with a high level of accuracy.
- Ensure payroll is completed on schedule and fully aligned with monthly deadlines.
- Apply approved deductions and employee/employer insurance allocations to calculate monthly pay correctly.
- Process final settlements for employees leaving the company in line with labor regulations and company policy.
- Record payroll accruals for end-of-service benefits, airfare, leave, other benefits, and bonuses.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of payroll-related accounts.
- Manage payment execution and bank transfer activities connected to payroll.
- Generate payslips and distribute them to employees.
- Partner with Finance teams on activities before and after payroll processing.
- Support payroll-related audits and provide required documentation or explanations.
- Review and book insurance-related invoices in a timely manner.
- Coordinate monthly with CFOs and HR teams on payroll and benefits matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required.
- At least 3 years of experience handling the full payroll cycle for UAE or GCC countries.
- Strong understanding of GCC labor laws related to wages and payroll compliance.
- Experience with monthly accruals and reporting will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information professionally.
