Description de l'emploi

Role overview

This opportunity is for a partner organization, which will handle applications and subsequent hiring steps. The company is seeking a Patient & Site Operations Coordinator in the United States to support a fast-growing network of clinical treatment sites.

In this role, you will be the operational link that keeps patients moving smoothly through scheduling, intake, treatment visits, and follow-up care across several locations. You will help remote teams and in-clinic staff work together effectively, while maintaining strong patient experience, regulatory adherence, and program compliance. The position centers on Spravato® (esketamine) clinic operations, REMS expectations, and behavioral health workflows. You will work closely with clinical, operations, revenue cycle, and product teams to keep processes consistent, efficient, and compliant across the network.

This is a detail-heavy, mission-led role in a rapidly expanding healthcare environment where strong operations directly influence patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Run daily coordination for multiple Spravato treatment sites, covering patient scheduling, treatment flow, and throughput across locations.
  • Handle intake steps, insurance prior approvals, and REMS-related documentation so patients are admitted quickly and in compliance with requirements.
  • Act as the main operational point of contact for patients, assisting with scheduling, preparation, and program questions.
  • Keep track of Spravato REMS obligations at each site, spot compliance gaps, and work with clinic teams to correct them.
  • Monitor inventory for medication and clinical supplies, making sure stock is replenished on time across all locations.
  • Follow patient outcomes, attendance, and session completion data to support reporting and operational oversight.
  • Work with site setup, revenue cycle, and clinical operations teams to improve workflows and escalate site-level or patient-level issues.
  • Solve live operational issues such as scheduling conflicts, missed appointments, and clinical escalations across the network.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new clinicians and partner sites into established operational processes.
  • Share frontline operational insights with product and systems teams to help improve tools and workflows.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of direct, hands-on work in a Spravato® (esketamine) clinic setting.
  • Solid knowledge of REMS requirements, esketamine administration procedures, and related compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating patient schedules, clinical operations, and multi-patient workflows in a busy healthcare setting.
  • Comfort with EHR tools, scheduling systems, and insurance prior authorization processes.
  • Strong organization and multitasking ability, with the capacity to manage several sites and patient flows at once.
  • Clear and effective communication skills for working with patients, clinicians, and cross-functional partners.
  • Excellent attention to detail and consistent follow-through on documentation and compliance obligations.
  • Ability to operate remotely while supporting live, on-site clinical workflows in real time.
  • Experience in multi-site behavioral health or psychiatric care is an added advantage.
  • Background in onboarding or training clinical staff on operational workflows is beneficial.

Benefits and perks

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage provided comprehensively.
  • Unlimited paid time off, with a strong emphasis on rest and personal well-being.
  • Hybrid flexibility with access to a collaborative in-person office environment for eligible locations.
  • Chance to contribute to innovative models for delivering mental health treatment.
  • High-ownership position with strong potential for fast career growth in a scaling healthcare company.
  • Direct influence on improving patient access and outcomes in advanced behavioral health care.
  • Exposure to modern clinical operations and healthtech innovation.
  • Inclusive, mission-focused workplace centered on improving mental health care delivery.
