Sales and Revenue Growth
- Take ownership of TSL Academy’s sales activities, revenue outcomes, and broader commercial performance.
- Identify and create new business opportunities through cold outreach by email, phone calls, and active networking.
- Build solution-led selling approaches and design tailored Academy packages and campaign proposals to bring new clients on board.
- Apply the right sales tactics at each stage of the funnel to move prospects toward closure or renewal.
- Develop stronger client relationships to support renewals, expand business accounts, and increase revenue sources.
Partnership Development and Strategy
- Lead partnership-building efforts for TSL Media Group while preserving strong, long-term relationships with current partners.
- Arrange barter partnerships and maintain accurate contract records to support Finance with audit requirements.
- Contribute to new business growth through detailed market analysis, competitor review, and project coordination.
Operations and Team Support
- Represent the business professionally and build meaningful connections with new contacts through networking opportunities.
- Assist the management team with one-off projects such as office enhancement initiatives, employee wellness activities, new business work, and CSR-related programmes.
- Handle other assigned tasks as needed to support evolving business priorities.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant is comfortable working with limited supervision, performs well in uncertain and fast-changing settings, and communicates clearly in both speaking and writing. Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and the capacity to juggle several tasks at once are important. A genuine interest in new media, media, and agency-style business is also expected. Familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, and GenAI tools will be useful.
Education
A Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field is preferred, and candidates currently pursuing such qualifications may also be considered.
