Role Overview

DotConnectAfrica Group is seeking an experienced sales professional to help expand revenue for its digital products and services. This position is fully remote and covers the complete sales journey, starting from receiving qualified leads through to final conversion.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the entire sales process, from first discovery conversations through to deal closure.
  • Work toward revenue goals across a portfolio of digital offerings and services.
  • Run discovery discussions and product walkthroughs over video calls.
  • Develop, track, and maintain an organized sales pipeline in the company CRM.
  • Partner with the marketing team to improve audience targeting and campaign focus.
  • Keep sales documentation accurate and submit regular performance forecasts.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, including experience handling remote sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Good negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
