Description de l'emploi

About the role

Stella McCartney is looking for a proactive, highly organised Paid Media Assistant to help plan, launch, and improve paid media activity across digital and offline channels. The role sits within a luxury fashion business known for its ethical approach and will support integrated brand and performance marketing work that increases awareness, engagement, and revenue while protecting the brand’s premium positioning and sustainability focus.

You will primarily support brand and performance media, with a strong emphasis on Paid Search and Paid Social. The position includes managing briefing workflows, monitoring performance, organising assets, and working closely with internal teams and agency partners to ensure campaigns are delivered to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media activity across Paid Search and Paid Social.
  • Manage the full briefing process for paid media campaigns, making sure briefs are accurate, clear, and submitted on time.
  • Work with the Brand Copywriter, creative image teams, and other internal stakeholders to coordinate the creation and delivery of campaign assets across channels.
  • Maintain regular communication with external media agencies to support briefing, implementation, reporting, and performance improvement.
  • Own agency briefings covering campaign goals, audience targeting, creative needs, and media plans.
  • Review agency reports and translate findings into campaign performance insights and optimisation opportunities.
  • Track channel performance and monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, LTV, reach, and engagement.
  • Coordinate with the feed partner to manage product feed updates, including custom label creation and upkeep for better optimisation and segmentation.
  • Investigate delivery issues, raise them when needed, and keep ad accounts clean, documented, and well maintained.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with clear insights and recommendations for internal stakeholders, and keep the paid media calendar current.
  • Collaborate with brand, content, and creative teams so that all paid media output aligns with brand guidelines and the wider marketing plan.
  • Support the Media Manager on Affiliate Marketing, Programmatic Display, Out-of-Home, and Print activity.
  • Help the Media Manager prepare business presentations and share channel insights with key stakeholders.
  • Keep up with industry developments, platform changes, and competitor activity to support strong execution and identify new opportunities.

Experience and skills

The ideal candidate will have around 1 year of paid media experience, ideally with exposure to luxury fashion. Strong knowledge of performance media channels is important, especially Paid Search and Paid Social. Experience handling creative briefing and asset coordination is also expected.

You should be comfortable working with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Business Center. Strong analytical ability is needed, along with confidence using Excel and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio. You should also be able to create clear, easy-to-read PowerPoint reports and present findings effectively.

Experience working with agencies and third-party partners will be valuable, as will exposure to tracking, tagging, or campaign setup processes. The role calls for someone who can manage several deadlines in a fast-moving, complex environment, communicate well, and stay organised with excellent attention to detail.
