Core responsibilities

• Coordinate Oracle-supported environment provisioning and manage Dev, Test, UAT, and Production systems.
• Oversee environment cloning, refresh activities, and scheduled maintenance windows.
• Administer users through Oracle IAM/IDCS, including role design and access control configuration.
• Support single sign-on setup and related identity management tasks.
• Carry out application setup using FSM, enable required modules, and work with sandboxes.
• Load and troubleshoot data using FBDI and HDL.
• Track ESS jobs, resolve incidents, and submit Oracle service requests when needed.
• Assist with quarterly release updates and coordinate testing efforts.
• Support integration activities, including file movement and API monitoring.
• Keep documentation current and ensure work follows governance and compliance requirements.
