Job Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit candidates holding OPT, Green Card, H1 visas, H1 transfers, and US citizenship for a wide range of technical and non-technical positions.
• Develop and sustain a robust pool of qualified candidates for both contract and permanent employment opportunities.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate suitability for roles.
• Collaborate effectively with account managers and clients to grasp specific job requirements and present appropriate candidate profiles.
• Maintain comprehensive databases of candidates and generate reports on recruitment activities.
• Adhere strictly to US immigration regulations and client-specific requirements throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in US IT recruitment, with a specific emphasis on sourcing candidates with OPT, GC, H1, and H1 transfer statuses.
• Solid comprehension of the US staffing landscape and relevant employment laws.
• Capacity to manage high-volume recruitment demands while ensuring the quality of candidates presented.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
