Key Responsibilities
- Receive clinical trial and commercial medicines, along with related supplies, according to established procedures.
- Prepare shipping paperwork once study requests are received.
- Build inventory pick lists in the warehouse inventory management system.
- Physically retrieve drug supplies, including lab kits, from warehouse storage.
- Check shipment items picked by other team members before dispatch.
- Compile export documents for outgoing shipments.
- Handle acknowledgment receipts after shipments are completed.
- Carry out JIT and batch-record labeling in line with cGMP requirements.
- File study shipment records and support archiving activities.
- Send shipment update notifications to clients after dispatch.
- Maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts.
- Raise purchase orders and complete other administrative duties.
- Support additional tasks assigned by the line manager as needed.
Requirements
- A diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a closely related discipline.
- Ability to work independently and remain effective under pressure in a busy, changing environment.
- Strong English communication skills and the ability to interact well with people at all levels.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Warehouse experience is preferred, particularly in a pharmaceutical environment.
- Ability to work briefly in cold-room conditions between 2–8°C while picking, packing, and labeling.
- Experience in clinical trial, pharmaceutical, or healthcare logistics will be an added advantage.
