Role overview
This position is a broad support role covering both operational and administrative duties across the organisation. You will partner with site leaders, department heads, and outside vendors to keep daily operations organised and ensure administrative workflows stay efficient and on track.
The opportunity is best suited to someone who likes taking responsibility, works well in a busy and changing environment, and can juggle several priorities at the same time.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver daily administrative assistance to the management group.
- Arrange meetings, business travel, accommodation, and general logistics for employees and guests.
- Keep operational records and company files accurate and up to date.
- Draft reports, presentations, and business correspondence for management.
- Help with onboarding and administrative tasks for new hires and contractors.
- Manage office consumables, equipment, and facilities coordination.
- Work with suppliers, contractors, and service partners as needed.
- Support procurement administration, including purchase orders and invoice follow-up.
- Assist HR, Finance, and Operations teams with general administrative needs.
- Maintain orderly filing systems for operational, commercial, and compliance records.
- Monitor action points from meetings and make sure follow-up tasks are completed.
- Spot opportunities to streamline administrative workflows and improve operational effectiveness.
Experience and skills required
You should have at least 2 years of experience in administrative support, operations coordination, or office administration.
Strong organisation, time management, written communication, verbal communication, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential. You should also be confident using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
The role calls for someone who can manage several tasks at once in a busy environment and maintain a professional manner when interacting across different levels of the business.
