Operation Coordinator - Logistics

Overview

Ferrari Logistics is hiring a meticulous and proactive Operation Coordinator to support its logistics operations in Riyadh. This role is focused on coordinating end-to-end import and export movements as well as domestic transport activities such as deliveries and pickups. You will serve as a central point of contact for internal departments, customers, and external logistics partners to keep communication clear, updates accurate, and operations running efficiently.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage import and export shipments from planning through execution, including scheduling, tracking, deliveries, and pickup coordination.
• Act as a communication bridge between customers, network offices, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
• Track shipment progress and ensure proof of delivery records are updated on time.
• Flag and escalate operational issues such as delays, damage, and missing or inconsistent documents.
• Assist with warehouse tasks and physical handling support whenever needed.
• Respond to customers each day with shipment status information and document-related guidance.

Skills and Competencies

• Hands-on familiarity with logistics systems, ERP platforms, and shipment tracking tools.
• Careful approach to documentation and strong accuracy in administrative work.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic or European language skills are an added advantage.
• Ability to manage time effectively and stay composed in high-pressure situations.
• Comfort working with multiple teams in a busy, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, or a related discipline.
• Two to three years of experience in import/export operations, freight forwarding, or logistics.
• Prior knowledge of customs paperwork and Saudi logistics processes is preferred.

Compensation

The offered salary range is SAR 7,000 to SAR 9,000 per month.
