Description de l'emploi
Role overview
This opportunity is being promoted for a partner organization that handles applications and the hiring process. The employer is seeking an Onboarding Enablement Specialist located in Canada.
In this position, you will shape the way new members of the revenue organization get up to speed and succeed from the outset. The role centers on building and refining structured onboarding journeys for several sales functions so that each new hire gains the knowledge, tools, and confidence needed to perform strongly. You will create onboarding experiences that can scale, rely on data, and help shorten ramp time while supporting stronger long-term results. The position also serves as a connection point between Revenue leadership, People teams, and enablement partners to keep programs aligned and consistent.
Along with designing onboarding, you will manage progress tracking, performance insights, and coaching resources that enable managers to guide their teams more effectively. This is a hands-on enablement role that combines program leadership, operational rigor, and delivery in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Create, deliver, and keep improving organized onboarding programs for revenue positions such as SDR, AE, Field Sales, and Expansion, so every new hire receives a consistent and high-quality ramp experience.
- Run onboarding sessions and manage learning assets in LMS platforms while working closely with hiring managers, People teams, and Revenue leadership.
- Set up and maintain dashboards and tracking tools that show onboarding progress, measure ramp performance, and help identify new hires who may need extra support early.
- Build repeatable coaching frameworks and practical tools that help managers support new hires through structured development plans.
- Take ownership of the AI role-play content library and expand it with subject matter experts so it can reflect real sales situations such as discovery, handling objections, and product demonstrations.
- Partner strategically with Revenue leadership to ensure onboarding efforts support wider performance, enablement, and operational objectives.
- Contribute to promotion-readiness initiatives, including SDR-to-AE transitions, by aligning learning paths with competency expectations and career progression models.
- Administer and improve LMS processes, including content allocation, user setup, reporting, and ongoing enhancements to learning workflows.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Training, Learning & Development, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to design and run structured onboarding or training programs, not just maintain existing materials.
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage several stakeholders and initiatives at once.
- Practical experience working with LMS platforms or comparable learning technologies.
- Comfort working with data, including reviewing onboarding metrics, spotting trends, and turning findings into clear next steps.
- Excellent organization and meticulous attention to detail, supported by a documentation-first mindset.
- Ease using modern AI tools to improve productivity and support content creation workflows.
Perks and benefits
- Remote-friendly setup with flexibility depending on team coordination requirements.
- Competitive base compensation tied to experience and impact.
- Full health coverage, including medical, dental, vision, and prescription benefits.
- Paid time off for rest, recovery, and personal well-being.
- Parental leave and family-support benefits.
- Retirement savings plan with employer matching.
- Wellness allowance to support physical and mental health.
- Home office setup support after a tenure milestone.
- Annual learning and development budget for ongoing growth.
- An inclusive, high-energy workplace that emphasizes collaboration and meaningful impact.
