About the position

This is a practical, site-based role where you will oversee important client partnerships while also pursuing and winning new business opportunities. A major part of the job is to grow existing accounts, deepen relationships, and increase the company’s presence in the Bundaberg area. You will also manage workforce delivery so service levels, compliance, and day-to-day operations remain strong. Both full-time and part-time applicants will be considered, and flexibility with working hours is required to meet client and site demands.

Key responsibilities

• Look after and expand a portfolio of industrial clients throughout Bundaberg and nearby locations.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with decision-makers and on-site contacts.
• Support revenue growth by spotting new opportunities within current accounts and the wider region.
• Provide workforce solutions from start to finish based on client requirements.
• Coordinate site workforce activities such as onboarding, inductions, rostering, and timesheet management.
• Make sure all work complies with safety standards, legislation, and client expectations.
• Partner with internal recruitment teams to maintain a reliable flow of suitable candidates.
• Track results, review data, and run client review meetings.
• Recommend and implement improvements that strengthen workforce delivery and client outcomes.

What you need to bring

• Demonstrated background in account management, ideally within recruitment or workforce solutions.
• A strong commercial and sales focus, with evidence of growing accounts.
• Capability to build long-term client partnerships and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment or workforce operations.
• Working knowledge of employment law, industrial relations, and workplace safety.
• Well-developed organisation and time-management skills.
