Role overview
Entro is hiring an Office Coordinator for its New York City office. This position supports the day-to-day running of the workplace and works across teams, leadership, vendors, and clients to keep the office organized, efficient, and welcoming.

Key responsibilities
- Support the General Manager, Creative Directors, Project Directors, Managers, and other team members with administrative and office coordination tasks.
- Handle incoming calls by answering, screening, and directing them appropriately.
- Respond to routine questions by phone, email, and in person.
- Route visitors, messages, emails, and calls to the right people when needed.
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, including priority mail, courier deliveries, parcels, and related correspondence.
- Review, prioritize, and distribute urgent correspondence as needed.
- Track office supplies, maintain stock levels, and place reorders when necessary.
- Keep supplies organized, safe, and properly stored.
- Ensure the office remains neat, orderly, and presentable.
- Assist with planning internal and external events, including catering coordination.
- Handle fundamental bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain the office contact database.
- Identify office administration issues and resolve them or escalate them when appropriate.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business administration or a similar field, along with prior experience supporting an administrative team. This role suits someone who is professional, trustworthy with confidential information, able to juggle multiple priorities in a busy environment, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications and skills
Strong communication and people skills are important, as are excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite is required.
Compensation and benefits
The annual salary for this role is between $65,000 and $70,000. Entro also offers competitive compensation, extended health and dental coverage, and opportunities for career growth and development.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York City.
