Role Overview
Trivers is looking for an Office Administrator to support day-to-day office operations at its Riyadh location. This position is suited to someone who can keep administrative workflows organized, handle routine office coordination, and contribute to a smooth working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, screen, and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage office supply orders and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Keep calendars current and arrange meetings as required.
- Coordinate travel plans, including flight and hotel reservations.
- Track office-related expenses and maintain updated cost records.
- Take on other administrative tasks whenever needed.
Education and Experience
A graduate degree is required. The role calls for 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar administrative position.
Skills and Requirements
- Strong written and spoken communication abilities.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
